Moon Over Miami (Week 2 NDC Entry) and a FREEBIE!

Great news!  I made it to round two of the Next Designer Contest over at the Studio.  This week's challenge was to come up with a color palette and kit relating to the theme of the moon (again!) based on a posted photo.  It's getting a little tough to keep incorporating the moon in these challenges-but this time I went a little out of the box.  I decided to go with a tropical/Florida theme with Moon Over Miami.  You can download this and the other entries HERE (but these will only be available for a limited time so HURRY!).

I also made a matching alphabet to go with my kit-and you can grab that HERE (link will expire at the end of September).

Don't forget to like HoneyBee Digital on FACEBOOK to pick up my To the Moon {and Back} Alpha.  You'll gain access to future freebies-so be sure to check my page out!  Stay tuned for more fun to come!

Lots of NEWS and a freebie for you too!

It's been awhile, hasn't it?  Life just seems to happen and often doesn't leave much time for the fun stuff.  The good news?  School is back in session-and I now have two away during the day.  You know what that means-more creative time for Mama!  A few things have happened in the meantime.  First, I have a whole new look.  I figured it was time for a fresh new look to my logo-so here it is!

Sadly, my old store, Digiridoo Scraps, shut its virtual doors forever.  I've since opened a new shop over at Nuthouse Scraps-which I am thrilled about.  It seems very fitting considering I have a flag that hangs outside my house that says "Welcome to the Nuthouse!" Now my little shop is looking a little bit bare right now-but I am working my nights away trying to fill it up with lots of fabulous, new digital goodness!

I've recently entered Digital Scrapbooking Studio's Next Designer contest and am excited to show you what I came up with for the first challenge-a mini kit using a blue gray color palette and the theme of Moonrise.  All of the other contestants kits are all FREE to download for a limited time-so CLICK HERE to visit The Studio and get your hands on them.  The GRAND Prize is a Silhouette Cameo-how COOL is that?

If you haven't LIKED my FACEBOOK page yet, now would be a great time!  I have added a FREEBIE feature to the page-only for my fans.  So be sure to like the page and get your hands on my coordinating glitter alpha that matches To the Moon {and Back}.  It will only be a freebie for a very limited time.  I'll be adding other new exclusive freebies -so be sure to check back often.

Check out these beautiful layouts scrapped by some of my favorite girls from the 'Roo-they always do me proud!

Happy Halloween-Tricks & Treats, & a Freebie!

It's hard to believe Oct. 31st is just around the corner. We are a big Halloween family here-and I love to dress my kiddos up in coordinating costumes. We've done the Wizard of Oz and Fairytales in recent years.

To celebrate the season, I've created a new Mini-kit called "Tricks & Treats."

It's available over at Digiridoo Scraps and right now it's sale priced for 25% OFF! You can pick it up right now for under $3.00.

I will pick one random winner to receive Tricks & Treats for free if you leave me a comment here on my blog. You can tell me your favorite Halloween costume or tradition if you'd like-I'd love to hear about it!

I scrapped a page of my oldest daughter and her cousin from way back! It's so hard to believe she was ever that little-yet it seems like just yesterday!

And as a freebie for you I have turned this page into a Quick Page. Special Thanks to Sharon over at DRS for allowing me the use of her AWESOME template (which you can pick up over at the DRS Template Challenge thread here-and please do post it if you use it!) If you haven't checked out the challenges over at DRS, you really should. There are many prizes available-including GCs to the wonderful DRS shop!
